We expect the professionals using our platform to provide the highest level of service, and at the core of that is reliability. Your professional will arrive as close to your chosen start time as they are able.

You can check that your professional is on the way and can contact them through the app.

We know you may not have time wait and apologize for the inconvenience. To report the professional's lateness, just go to your Bookings page, tap "Report an issue" then "Pro isn't here yet".  Click "I still need help" to submit the report.
